Classic Series The Classic Series uses the same premium ingredients, as cakes in the Professional Series. Cakes in the classic series is regular cafe height – just right for afternoon tea or after dinner dessert! All cakes in our classic series can also be used as base to decorate, but please note that only the Butter Cakes and Chocolate Fudge Cakes have the density to hold the weights of all icings (including Sugarpaste / Rolled Fondant). Other cakes in our classic series, like our Chiffon Rolls, are softer in texture, so they can be decorated with lighter icings like buttercream and whipped cream, but not Sugarpaste/Rolled Fondant).
Butter Cake Butter cakes are one of those time honoured foods that many have made, but few have perfected. After painstaking trials and samplings, we believe we have finally created and perfected the ultimate butter cake - melt in your mouth, flavour bursting with every bite, heavenly butter fragrance and taste. Our customers think so too - you have sampled our plain and flavoured butter cakes and have given us the super thumbs-up!
All our butter cakes use French Butter Elle Et Vire.
Chocolate Fudge Cake Chocolate Fudge cake is an all time chocoholic’s comfort food! Our rich and dark chocolate fudge cake is super chocolaty, sinful, fudgy and delightfully dense – not for the faint hearted or for those who like their cake airy, fairy and hardly there…
We make it easy and fun for you to, design your own delicious cake combination by combining our chocolate fudge cake with any of our many flavoured Italian Meringue Buttercream – Imagine a chocolate fudge cake filled and iced with latte macchiato or pistachio praline, or the all –time chocolate combi favourite – raspberry italian meringue buttercream. Ooohhhh……….

Say “Chiffon” and we think “light, airy, moist, melt-in-your-mouth”. So true. We make fantastic chiffon rolls – don’t take our word for it, order one yourself and enjoy! Just in time for Christmas too! Comes in 2 flavours – Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla and Valrhona Chocolate.
Our rolls can be ordered plain (unfilled and uniced) or you can mix and match our flavours for fillings and icings!
You can either choose to order them (1) unfilled and uniced, and fill and ice them yourself with jam, whipped cream and chilled fruits etc, then decorate them yourself, OR (2) filled but uniced – Just select any of our super range of plain or flavoured italian meringue buttercream and get them ready filled, to be enjoyed at home, the traditional way OR (3) filled and iced – great for a super customized roll (you can select different flavoured buttercream for filling and for icing on the roll).
