Price Lists: We do not believe in paper catalogs as they are not environmentally friendly. Our price lists are downloadable and may be used as order forms. We have 2 different Price Lists, and you may select the one that is relevant to you:

1) Customer Price List - this price list covers most of our products sold in our store.

2) Corporate Price List - this price list is targeted for businesses who purchase at larger quantities.

3) Catalog for Specially Indent Items - coming soon!

International Ordering And Delivery Procedure is simple! Just follow these steps:

1) Download and complete the relevant price list above.

2) Attach complete order list and email to sales@b-i-y.com. Include the following information

            a) your name

            b) contact number

            c) email address

            d) full delivery address (especially postal code)

3) Inform us if you want shipping insurance. The cost of insurance is SGD$30.00 for value of $1000 and below. This insurance is an additional service from DHL.

4) Your selected method of payment.

We will do the following upon receiving your email / order:

1) Check our stocks

2) Email an invoice to you showing total order, and all additional charges (delivery, insurance, handling fee, telegraphic transfer charges, if applicable)

3) We require full payment before we ship. Once we receive your payment, we will email acknowledgement to you and will proceed with arranging shipment for your package. We will send to you the tracking number of your shipment once your package has been picked up.

Countries We Deliver To: We deliver to all countries and locations that DHL delivers to.

Delivery Charges: We use DHL for all our international shipments. Delivery charges are determined by weight, box size and delivery address. If you have an account with an international courier and wish to use your own courier, please inform us when you make your order. We will then just inform you when the items are ready for collection, and then you can tell your courier to pick up at our location. There will be no charge for delivery in such cases as you will pay your courier separately. You will also arrange your own insurance with your courier.

Handling Fee: Estimated to be 2% - 5% of total cost or S$5, whichever is higher. Our handling fee varies for each order, depending on amount of administrative work required in processing your order and preparing your package for shipment, as well as packaging materials used etc. Rest assured that we do not make a profit from handling fees as we charge only for work done and materials used.

Shipping Insurance: This insures your parcel against theft, loss and damage. We do our best to pack your parcel carefully, but damage does occur sometimes, and some products are just more fragile and susceptible to damage than others. Therefore we recommend that you sign up for insurance.The cost of insurance is SGD$30.00 for value of $1000 and below. This insurance is an additional service from DHL. The entire cost of insurance goes directly to DHL, we do not profit from it in any way. Please indicate in your order if you wish to purchase this insurance, and we will arrange with DHL on your behalf.

Payment Method: We will send your shipment only upon rceipt of full payment, based on our invoice. Please email us once you have made payment and we will keep an eye out for your payment. We accept the following modes of payment:

1) Pay by Mail: Simply mail your cheque with your name, telephone number, email address and the purpose of the payment to The Bake It Yourself Store, 182 Bukit Timah Road, Ground Floor, Singapore 229853. Cheques should be made payable to B-I-Y Pte Ltd. Please allow at least 3 working days lead time to your cheque to reach us. We will contact you once we receive your cheque. If you do not hear from us by the 5th day, please call the Store at 6-100-BAKE (2253).

2) Pay by Internet Banking: You may transfer payment from your account directly to our UOB account #130-313-928-7, Bank Code: 7375, Branch Code: 030. It is of utmost importance that you identify yourself by putting in your name in the transaction. Unidentified payments will not be entertained and we cannot refund such payments as the bank is unable to identify the payee. After your have made your transfer, please email us at sales@b-i-y.com (for sales related payments) or class@b-i-y.com (for class fee payments) to inform us of your transfer, indicating your name, contact number, email address and the purpose of the payment. Please allow at least 3 working days for your payment to be transfered to us. We will contact you once we receive your cheque. If you do not hear from us by the 5th day, please email us. Please do not call the Store to enquire as store personnel will not be aware of your payments via internet banking.

3) Pay by Telegraphic Transfer: This is for international sales. Please note that a bank charge of SGD$10.00 will be automatically added to your invoice if you select this method of payment (this charge is imposed by our bank, not by us). Please also be aware that your bank will also charge you an outgoing TT charge.

Taxes: We do not include any tax charges in our total charge. We do not charge our customers Singapore's Goods and Services Tax of 7%. Please note however, that it is possible that your local customs office may charge you your country's local taxes upon delivery.

Rejected or returned shipment: Should your parcel be refused at destination, be undeliverable, or have any address error, the shipper will return the parcel to us. Upon receipt, we will try to contact you by email. A refund less 20% restocking fee, less original shipping, less return shipping charges, less insurance (if applicable) and less Telegraphic Transfer bank charges (if applicable) will be issued to you.

Food Products: All food products are shipped at your own risk and are not guaranteed or insured against weather related damage.

Customs at Destination: Your shipment may be stopped by the customs of your country for inspection, and may therefore be delayed.

Duties and Taxes at Destination: Further duties, taxes, etc may be charged to you by your country when your shipment arrives You will need to pay those charges before you can receive your shipment.
