In this fun 3-hour class, you can learn how to create stacked and tiered "tall" cakes like a professional! You'll learn the techniques to assemble and decorate your special "tall" cake creation. In addition to learning how to prepare multi-tiered cakes, you will receive valuable tips for serving, transporting and storing tall cakes.
We only accept students with the necessary pre-requisites. (see below)
Class Details: Fee: S$75.00
Class Duration: 3 hours
Pre-requisite: You must have completed Wilton Decorating Basics Course or Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Course 1
You will be need to prepare and bring a list of mandatory items to class.
You will receive a Wilton - B-I-Y Certificate upon completion.
You Will Learn:
' Preparing a Cake For Assembly (using a cake divider wheel)
' Stacked Assembly
' Two Plate Assembly
' Combining Stacked and Two Plate Assembly
' Different Plates & Pillar Styles
' Transporting / Storing / Serving / Cutting
Students are required to bring the following items for the class: (We recommend that all personal items brought to class be labeled to prevent loss. We are not responsible for lost items.) (A) You will need prepare the following at home and bring to class: w 10" double layer cake, *leveled and iced smooth and placed on a 14" **doubled cake circles covered with Fanci Foil w 6" double layer cake, *leveled and iced smooth on a 6" cake circle w Flowers or any pre-made decorations w Any icings you need to complete your cake (B) Supply List For Other Items Needed w Download List (you will also be given the list when your enrolment is confirmed - do call us at 68871258 if you have not received it)
