Are you a proud chocoholic or a closet chocoholic? Regardless of which group you fall into, you're going to love B-I-Y's new Chocoholics! Series. From May onwards, we will schedule one workshop every month just on a Chocolate Dessert! It could be anything from chocolate cupcakes, to truffles, to ice cream cakes, as long as there's a chocolate element to the dessert. We know you will love this series, if like us, you're a Chocoholic!! We only use Valrhona chocolate in this class. Make sure you bring a container to take home the delicious dessert you will help prepare!! Chocoholic! workshops are partly hands-on and partly demonstration.
Mint Chocolate Mousse Cupcakes Sublime melt-in-your-mouth mousse with flavourful cake touched with a whiff of mint, using the best quality dark chocolate, all result in a combination of taste and texture for a heavenly, roll-your-eyes gastronomic high. Oh, and it looks so good too!

Pre-requisite: None. This is a class perfect for beginners to baking!
Students will receive a B-I-Y-Certificate upon completion
