Chocolate Tempering & Truffles
Temper and make chocolate truffles like a professional, using equipment that can be found in most homes! Sound impossible? Absolutely possible! At the end of this full day class, you will have tempered white, milk and dark chocolate and have created chocolate logs, hand molded truffles filled with chocolate ganache, shaped and designed truffles, chocolate lollipops. You'll be able to create truffles that will fit right in a gourmet chocolate boutique! . This is the first in our Patisserie Master Class: Chocolate Module series.

Class Pre-requisites: No pre-requisite, although some cooking / baking experience will be useful.
In this fun class, you will: ' Learn 2 methods of tempering white, milk and dark couverture chocolate
' 2 ways of making chocolate ganarche fillings
' Learn how to use chocolate transfer sheets for truffle designs
' Make chocolate marzipan logs, hand rolled truflles, molded truffles, chocolate candy bars, chocolate lollies
' Pack and bring home all the truffles you have made! You'll make your family and friends very happy!
