Choux Pastry Course One
The first in our Patisserie Masterclass Choux Pastry Series, Course 1 focuses on perfecting core foundation skills in the art of making choux pastry, or pâte à choux, a light pastry dough that is used as a shell for profiteroles, éclairs, crullers, St. Honoré cake, croquembouches. Course 1 is for beginners - No previous knowledge required. Each step is thoroughly explained as our instructor demonstrates, then students will prepare and bake, fully hands-on. For complete beginners and those wishing to finetune their technique. Completion of Course 1 is required to proceed to Course 2 (intermediate) and Course 3 (advanced)
