Text Box: These texture sheets are ideal to use for accenting cakes, decorating cookies, or adding texture to cupcake tops. The sets include 6 different texture mats with easy-to-follow instructions and samples of projects decorated using the sets. They can be used with buttercream, fondant, gingerbread, and chocolate, making them incredibly versatile. Each sheet size is 7 x 10. Sheets are made of lightweight, clear plastic. 
TO USE WITH FONDANT Roll fondant to desired thickness. Flip smooth rolled side on top of mat. Roll over the mat, one time. Lift mat and cover cake. 
TO USE WITH CHOCOLATE Spread melted candy coating or melted and tempered chocolate on sheet. (It is easiest if mat is cut to height desired). Allow chocolate to "just set" and form sheet around cake. Place in refrigerator to set. 
TO USE WITH BUTTERCREAM Ice cake with buttercream and allow to set for several minutes. Place sheet on crusted buttercream and impress design.

Text Box: To Use Impression Mats: Roll out fondant to about 1/4 inch thick. Lightly dust surface with powdered sugar. Place Impression Mat on top of fondant and firmly roll evenly over whole surface with a rolling pin. If you want to color the pattern at this time, brush with luster dust while the mat is in place. Carefully fold back fondant and the mat and place over your lightly iced cake. Carefully remove mat and smooth the fondant very gingerly with a fondant smoother being very careful not to press-out the pattern or smudge the luster dust. Trim off excess.
