Course Administrator (Full Time)

We have one vacancy for a meticulous, resourceful and hardworking person to join us as a Full Time Course Administrator. Your job is to manage class enrolments, be very familiar with all our courses so you can give relevant advice and consultation to customers about what's the best choice for them given their skill level and requirements. You will work closely with our instructors and staff and manage class inventory. This is an administrative position where skills in organisation and multi-tasking are very important! You should have at least A Levels or a Polytechnic Diploma. B-I-Y has a strong family environment and provides many growth and training benefits for our staff.

Your working hours will be the same as our retail hours of 10.30am - 7.30pm, Monday to Saturday. You will have an additional 1/2 day off on a weekday.

Sales Representative cum Cashier (Part Time)

Come join our B-I-Y family as a sales representative cum cashier. Retail experience is not necessary. What's important is a customer-oriented mindset, patience, diligence, meticulous in data entry and cashiering, honesty. Wouldn't hurt if you're also a closet baking / cake decorating evangelist! Management Trainee (Full Time)

The Management Trainee is expected to perform a wide range of duties, including cashiering, inventory management, and customer service. You will learn the ropes of the retail business while getting the opportunity to flex your innovative muscles. You should have at least A Levels or a Polytechnic Diploma. Accounting Executive

We are looking for a person to bring B-I-Y into GST registration and maintain our books going forward. This position can be available to work on flexible hours in keeping with our family friendly philosophy

Responsibilities include:

o Maintain full sets of accounts; which includes the day to day accounting work

o Monthly payroll computations, disbursements and CPF e-submissions

o GST bookkeeping, computation and e-filing

o Knowledge of computerized GST approved accounting system.

o Handle all the payroll and GST related matters

Requirements:

o Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

o At least 2 years relevant work experience in accounts & GST

o Well versed with CPF submissions and regulations.

Baker and Store Assistant (Full Time)

We are looking for a new member to join our B-I-Y family. You would ideally be a fresh school leaver who has completed your secondary education, and have the equivalent of NTC-2 Certificate of Food and Beverage Operations or SHATEC Diploma in Pastry and Baking. You should be hardworking, efficient, resourceful and a good team player.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares a variety of cakes, cupcakes, icings and cookies in a commercial bakery
- Keeps the bakery and storage areas clean and organized always
- Check bakery inventories and reorder when necessary
- Assist Store Operations and Maintenance
- Assist in the retail/customer area when needed

This position follows retail hours Monday to Saturday (day off is Sunday and half day on Monday)
